I contacted A Step Beyond to have a new deck built for my house. The area was inspected, size and materials were discussed, timelines considered and quotes submitted. During the entire process from initial hello to final day of work I can honestly say I was never in a moment of doubt that I had very professional and experienced people working on the project. Any and all questions were answered, all ideas were considered and explanations for why or why not something should be done were always thorough. The end result was a beautiful deck that I am extremely happy with and a business that I know I can rely on for any future projects i have in mind. I will not hesitate to call them, I know the work will be fantastic.

The grout in the ceramic floor in our kitchen needed to be removed and replaced, and as well, one cracked tile required replacement. They were on time, courteous, professional, and on budget. Our kitchen now looks like it has a brand new ceramic floor and was done at a reasonable price. They are perfectionists, as they do the work correctly the first time. It was a pleasure to have them in our house. Earlier this year, they did a marvelous work repairing the mortar between the bricks on the side of our garage.
